Not only is he an Emmy-winning composer, but Rodney founded Melodyvision, where he also work as a creative consultant, songwriter, multiinstrumentalist, producer, engineer, filmmaker and educator. One day he randomly saw Philadelphia drummer Ritchie DeCarlo playing a cool Latin and Carribean groove with a heavy beat.
